摘要
全流螺杆膨胀机的研究与试验已取得较大进展,为提高地热发电效率、简化系统、建设快装移动式井口电站创造了条件。本文简要分析了全流系统的热力学特性,介绍天津大学热能研究所D=80mm及D=315mm转子螺杆机的发电情况。通过理论分析及试验数据的推算,并与西藏羊八井地热发电试验数据进行比较,指出采用全流螺杆机发电,效率将会有大幅度提高。最后,本文作者列举了螺杆机的特点,提出了运用螺杆机全流技术加速发展藏滇地区地热井口电站的设想。
Abstract Considerable advances have been achieved in research andexperimentation on total flow belical screw exanders,wherewith a foundation is laid forimproving the efficiency of geothermal generation,simplifying its system and the development of well sited quick installable & movable powerstations.This paper gives a concise introduction concerning the thermal characteristics of the total flow system,reports on the power generating behavior ofbelical screw expanders with 80 and 315 mm rotor diameter at the Institute for Thermal Energy of Tianjin University,and by means of theoreticalanalysis, after comparing extrapolated experimental data with geothermal powergeneration test data at Yangbajing, Xizang, points out that the thermalefficiency could significantly be improved if total flow belical screw expanders were used for power generation.Finally the authors give an account of theexpander's various features and advance the idea of promoting well sitedgeothermal power generation with the help of helical screw total flow chniques.
