How to Align a Self-Elevating Mast

用经纬仪从正面和侧面校正自升式井架。校正时先将经纬仪支在理想位置,松开井架连接件,将主镜内垂线对准钻台前边缘中心线,锁紧水平,然后向上旋转主镜,直至看到井架顶部,调整井架左右支脚高度,使井架顶部中心线对准主镜内垂线,上紧连接件。用经纬仪校正井架精度高,误差可控制在5mm以内,但经纬仪必须支在理想位置。

The way of aligning self--elevating mast on all sides bymeans of a transit is as follows: locate the transit at an opti-mum position, loosen the joints of the mast, align the plumb linein the primary mirror to the centerline of the front edge of thederrick floor and then, fix the level. Thereafter, turn the pri-mary mirror upwards until the top of the mast is seen; then,adjust the height of the left and right leg stande of the masttill the centerline of the mast aligns with the plumb line inthe mirrot; and then, fasten all the joints. Deviation can becontrolled within 5 mm.
