南海新生代裂离地体

The terranes separated from continental margin in Cenozoic in the South China Sea

本文根据拖网取样和多道反射地震资料，结合前人工作，分析南海新生代裂离地体──中－西沙地体与南沙地体的特征、亲缘性及成因。

Based on the dredged samples and multichannel reflection seismic data obtained from the SinoGermany cooperative survey of the South China Sea (SCS) and other marine geological and geophysical data,the problems on the features,filiation and evolution of the terranes of SCS separated from continental margin are discussed in this paper,including the Zhongsha-Xisha Terrane and Nansha Terrane. It is proposed that both Zhongsha-Xisha and Nansha Terranes were separated from the margin of mainland of south China.They were separated and shifted to the present place in Cenozoic following the spreading of the deep-sea basin of SCS.
