摘要
本文对LF21(M)防锈铝合金及20钢薄板的自由胀形进行了试验研究。发现在实用天线反射面焦径比为0.3~0.45的范围内,LF21(M)防锈铝合金胀形工件的实际内表面与理论抛物面吻合。这表明:对于无线反射面的生产,采用不要凸模和凹模的自由胀形方法以实现无模成形是完全可行的。显然,这一发现为最大限度地降低现有反射面成形模具的成本提供了一新的途径。
Based on the free bulging experiment of LF21(M) Aluminium alloy and 20 low carbonsteel sheet, it is found that the internal surface of the bulged LF21(M) Aluminium alloy workpiece ac-cords with the theoretic paraboloid, within the range of 0.30 to 0.45, the practical ratio of theparaboloid focal distance to its open diameter, which the antenna reflectors usually takes. This findingshows the possibility of forming the antenna reflectors using the free bulging method and it provids anew way to reduce the cost of the formig die.
