摘要
本文利用刚塑性有限元法模拟了椭圆形筒拉深成形的全过程,研究了椭圆形筒的变形特点,并给出了一次拉深时的成形极限。
in this paper, a rigid-plastic FEM program is developed for modelling the drawing pro-cess of a cylindrical workpiece with elliptic-shaped cross-section. The deformation characteristic andthe first draw forming limit are studied on FEM analysis.
