人体心脏的三维超声成像

摘要 本文旨在建立一个接近于临床应用要求的三维超声心脏成像系统,原始数据通过心尖探查法由超声诊断仪获得二维超声心动图,经数字化后送入计算机,二维心动图经过矫正、边界提取、插值、重取样等产生三维体无数据,然后经过投影、消隐、光照效应等显示处理步骤,产生左心室的三维图像并显示于VGA显示器上。对该立体图像并可进行旋转、剖切等操作,以满足临床应用的要求。 A three dimensionai echocardiographic imaging system which approaches the needs ofclinical usages has ben established. The originai ilata set, two-dimensional echocardiograms producedby an ultrasonic unagmg system , were acquired by using a apical long axis view methed. The data setwere transferred to a microcomputer after digitization. A three dimensional volume data were thenobtained through correction ,edge extraction, interpolation and resampling of serial two dimensionalechwtograms. A three dimensional image of left ventricle was generated and displayed on VGAmonitor by using projection, removing hidden edges and surfaces and shading model. Someoperatioris, rotation and cutting, can also be done on the three dimensional image in order to satisfythe requirements for clinicai applications.
