摘要
文章以优化技术和结构分析有限元法为基础,以耗用钢材最少为目标,探讨了游梁式抽油机支架的合理形式,并以10型抽油机为实例进行了计算,计算结果表明,优化设计的支架比现有支架可节约钢材40%左右,这对抽油机的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Based on optimization and finite element method, the au-thor. taking aim at the minimum consumption of steel, makesa study on the rational design of the frame work of walkingbeam pumping units. Taking a model 10 pumping unit as anexample, the author shows by calculation that the materialcost of an optimum designed unit decreases by about 40%.
