摘要 室内和现场试验表明,驱动抽油机的三相异步电动机在运行转速大于同步转速时处于发电状态,并产生负功,电动机转差率绝对值超大,产生的负功越大。处于发电状态的电动机发出的电能频率、电压、相序相位与电网一致时,负功能回馈电网被利用。此外,负功值大,抽油机系统效率下降,在计量和计算抽油机电动机输入有功功率时应减去负功值。 Laboratory and field test indicate that a three--phaseasynchronous motor for driving pumping units could be in astate af power generation and produce negative work while itsrunning speed is higher than the synchronous speed.The higherthe absolute value of motor slip, the more negative work willbe created. The negative work could be feeded back to theelectric network and utilized when the frequency, voltage, andphase characteristic of the motor in power generation stateconsist with those of the electric network. The efficiency ofpumping system will decrease as the negative work valueincreases, By measuring and calculating the active input powerof the motor on pumping units, the negative work shouldbe subtracted.
