摘要
本文介绍了在滦河发电厂的ＳＧ１２０Ｔ／Ｈ－Ⅲ型煤粉炉上，采用鳍片式热管空气预热器和管式空预器代替回转式空气预热器的改造经验。经两年的运行表明改造效果显著：漏风大大减少，排烟温度降低，无堵灰，节能效果显著，安全性提高。
Abstract The retrofit experience about the fin type hot tube airpreheaters and tubular airpreheaters instead of the Ljungstrom airpreheaters in SG120t/h-Ⅲ type pulverized coal boiler of Luanhe Power Station is presented. The two years' operation shows that the retrofited results obtained are obvious, i.e. large reduction of air leakage, decrease of exhaust gas temperature, no ash blockage,obvious energy-saving and improvement of safety.
