摘要
本文针对300MW的W型火焰锅炉冷态模型进行研究,利用热线风速仪测量炉内流场速度。得出了不同工况的炉内W型汽流流场图谱以及最佳工况下的风量配比范围,并对不同工况流场的气流速度分布规律和湍流强度分布规律以及炉内气流充满度等进行了分析。最后,本文对冷态W型气流流场进行了数值计算,得出了与试验定性吻合的计算结果。
Abstract In this paper,the authors investigate aerodynamic characteristics in a cold modle for 300MW downward-fired boiler with W-shape flame. The velocity profile of W-shape air flow in various conditions and air flow rate in the optimum condition are obtained by using a hot-wire velometer. And, the distribution behaviour of flow velocity and turbulivity,as well as the fullness (degree)in various conditions are analysed. The calculated results of velocity distribution of W-shape air flow conform qualitatively with experimental results.
