气液两相流冲刷水平管束的阻力特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文对水平布置的、壳管式换热器中的气液两相流冲刷管束时的流动阻力进行了实验研究。实验段采用壳管式换热器模型,沿长度方向用三块折流板将管束分成四个冲刷流程。当气液两相流从一端进入并冲刷管束时,分别测量摩擦阻力和局部阻力,并用分相流动模型进行分析,得到良好的计算关联式。 Abstract The paper reports an experimental studies on the flow resistance of airwaier two phase flow across tube bundles in horizontal tube shell type heat exchangers.A tube shell heat exchanger model was used to serve as the test section,devided into four crossing paths by three baffles along its length.The frictional resistace and local drag were measured while a two phase flow,entering at end, swept over the tube bundles. Analytical studies were simultaneously conducted on flow models and satisfactory correlative formulas were obtained.
