摘要
煤粉燃烧器作为锅炉燃烧系统的重要组成部分,它直接影响锅炉炉内燃烧工况和燃烧效率,其选型和设计在整个锅炉设计过程中显得很关键,对其过程进行优化将具有很大意义,本文将计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术引入到煤粉燃烧器的设计中,作者首先阐述了炉膛尽燃烧器CAD的基本思想,接着介绍了单只煤粉燃烧器CAD过程,最后以成熟的稳燃腔燃烧器为对象进行了CAD实践。
Abstract As the main component of a boiler's combustion system,the pulverizedcoal burner has a direct bearing on the boiler's state of combustion and efficiency,its type selection and design appear to play a key role in the entire boiler design.This paper discusses how CAD technique can be applied to the designof pulverized coal burners.After explaining the fundamental idea of furnaceand burner CAD, the author describes the CAD process of a single pulverizedcoal burner and finalizes by recounting about his CAD practice in the designof proven burners with flame stabilizing chambers.
