摘要
应用光敏生物素标记EDSV－DNA与pUC19重组质粒DNA做探针，检测人工发病减蛋综合症蛋鸡的粪便、蛋、输卵管样品，以新城疫病毒（NDV）、传染性囊病病毒（IBDV）、传染性支气管炎病毒（IBV）、包涵体肝炎病毒（IBHV）作对照。实验结果显示：探针能特异地检出EDS病鸡粪便、输卵管、蛋清样品中的病毒，与NDV、IBDV、IBV及IBHV均呈阴性反应。探针灵敏度达10pgEDSV-DNA。
Samples of feces, egg and oviducts from egglayers infected experimentally with egg drop syndrome virus were examined by using photobiotin-labelled EDSV-DNA and pUC-19 plasma recombinant as probe. The results showed that the probe could specifically detect EDSV in the samples of feces, oviducts and whey from the infected birds and showed negative reactions to the controls as NDV, IBDV, IBV and IBHV. The sendtivity of the probe reached 10pg EDSV-DNA.
