摘要
实验观察到猫腹侧海马(VHIP)内微量注射去甲肾上腺素(NE)能明显地提高血浆皮质醇水平。电解损毁两侧外侧隔核虽不影响血浆皮质醇的基础水平,但可以完全阻断VHIP内注射NE诱发的皮质醇分泌增加反应;而前额皮层损毁后并不能阻断VHIP内注射NE的效应。结果提示;VHIP内注射NE对皮质醇分泌的影响很可能通过了隔核的中间传递过程,进而使下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的功能发生改变。
The purpose of this study was to identify the possible septal neural pathway Which mediates the adrenocortical responses that follow intrahippocampal injection of norepinephrine (NE)in cat anesthetized with urethane-chloralose. The increase in plasma cortisol following the ventral hippocampal injection of NE(4μg/2μl )was blocked completely by electrolytic bi-lateral lesions of the lateral septal nucleus, but not by that of the prefrontal cortex. The septal lesions did not affect the basic levels of plasma cortisol. These results indicate that the effects of the adrenergic system of the ventral hippocampus on the regulation of the pituitary adrenocortical function might be delivered by the lateral septal nucleus.
