摘要 自青岛近郊真鲷培育池中分离出一大型侧口目纤毛虫,经鉴定为一新种,定名为拟天鹅漫游虫。本种特征为体呈长梭形,颈部具高度伸展性,两大核一小核,左侧体区具6条不明显的纵沟;体纤毛左侧8—9列,右侧12—13列。对其的杀灭试验表明,在快速地掺入半数量以上的淡水后即会造成虫体溃解死亡。 The morphology and infraciliature of a new marine ciliate, Litonotus paracygnus nov. spec. inhabiting a fish farming pond in Qingdao, China (Tsingtao, 36°08'N; 120°43'E) are described. The diagnostic characteristics of the new species are given as below: Diagnosis: Strongly contractile, fragile, long spindle-like Litonotus, in vivo about 150-250 um long when swimming; single contractile vacuole at the posterior end, usually occurring irregularly when present; 6 longitudinal furrows on the left side; 2 ellipsoid macronuclei and 1 micronucleus; 12- 13 somatic kineties on the right and 8-9 on the left side (including the perioral kineties); extrusomes long rod-shaped, 10-12 um long, regularly arranged along the edge of cytostome. Type specimens: A holotype and 2 paratypes as 3 slides of protargol impregnated cells are deposited in Laboratory of Protozoology, College of Fisheries, Ocean University of Qingdao, P. R. China. Type location: This new species occurred commonly in August. Ecological features: PH of water 7. 9-8. 1; water temperature 21-24℃; oxygen contents about saturated; salinity approximately 30‰. L. paracygnus can be distinguished from the fresh water form, L.cygnus by the presence of genus-typical dorsal brush and the higher number of somatic kineties on both sides. The new species differs from another fresh water species, L.anguilla in its general appearance of the left body view and more somatic kineties on the left body side. After a careful comparison, the marine form, Litonotus cygnus sensu Dragesco 1960, would be considered as a population belonging to this new species, for all of its appearences show no great differences.
