用重质油生产优质乙烯原料

摘要 本文以减压蜡油经缓和加氢裂化和减压渣油经延迟焦化提供乙烯原料为主导思想,提出了三种流程方案.通过分析、对比、讨论,探讨了这些方案的优劣及其特点.设想不仅拓宽了乙烯原料来源,优化了乙烯装置进料,同时可生产大量优质中间馏分油,在“油化结合”加工方面进行了有益试尝,经济效益明显,可作为新建或改建石油化工厂的参考方案. Three processing schemes are proposed in this paper for supplying feedstocks for ethylene production by mild hydrocracking of vacuum gas oil and delayed coking of vacuum residue. The features and pros and cons of these schemes are analyzed, discussed and compared. These schemes can not only expand and optimize the feedstock for ethylene prodution but also produce maximum amount of high quality middle distilate, and are beneficial to the integration of refining and petrochemical production for greater profit. They can be used as reference schemes for the revamping of existing plants and the construction of new plants.
