氢氟酸烷基化工艺在我国的首次工业实践

本文简要地介绍了天津炼油厂引进的氢氟酸烷基化装置.着重报道了装置的开车操作和运转结果.结果表明,工艺技术是成熟的,工程设计和施工质量是好的,三废处理、安全和环保设施是完善的.进料中丙烯含量小于2%时,对烷基化油辛烷值影响不大;反应温度每降低1℃,辛烷值增加0.14单位;烷烯比增加,辛烷值增加.

The HF alkylation unit in Tianjin Refinery that adopts foreign technology is briefly described with emphasis on unit start-up and normal operation. It is concluded that the technology is mature; the engineering and construction works are of high quality; and facilities for waste disposal, safety and environment protection are satisfactory. The propylene content in feedstock, when less than 2%, has little effect on the octane number of the alkylate. For each 1℃ decrease of reaction temperature, the octane number increases by 0.14.Increasing the paraffin/olefin ration of feed enhances the octane number.
