摘要
本文以加工500×10~4t/a中原原油的炼油厂为依托,讨论了原油深度加工以达到综合利用、油化结合,在不大幅度降低汽油、柴油、煤油收率的同时,建设30×10~4t/a制乙烯裂解工程.而通过暂时简化化工原料的生产工艺、找到以化工产品品种少、流程短、批量大、投资少、施工快、效益高的生产方案,作为建设30×10~4t/a制乙烯裂解装置的起步方案,以高效益为实力,“滚动”发展,经12年边生产、边基建,最终建成30×10~4t/a制乙烯裂解装置,从而可以大大减少基建总投资.
Based on a refinery with a capacity of 5 Mt/a of Zhongyuan crude oil,this paper presents a new way to upgrade the crude oil for the purpose of comprehensive utilization and integration of oil refining and chemical production, and discusses the possibilities of building a 30×10_4t/a ethylene plant without greatly reducing the yields of gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil. The startig step toward the construction of the ethylene plant is to simplify the production of chemical raw material and to choose a proper production scheme requiring fewer investment and shorter construction period, produces la- rger amount but smaller variety of chemicals, and adopts a shorter but highly efficient processing scheme. Relying on the profit so accumulated, the project could be accomplished after 12 years of 'rolling development'--construction and production proceeded simultaneously. By this way the starting investment would be sharply reduced.
