本文总结了石家庄炼油厂在取热式渣油催化裂化基础上进行了两段完全再生改造的情况.着重讨论了改造后处理能力的提高及产品收率的改善以及两段再生工艺的优越性和流化输送方面的经验.

This paper summarizes the revamping of the resid FCC unit equiped with internal catalyst heat removal facility in Shijiazhuang Refineny by the adoption of complete combustion two-stage regeneration technology. The greater unit capacity and higher yield of desired products resulted from the revamping are stressed. The merits of two-stage regeneration and the experiences in fluidized catalyst transportation are also presented.
