摘要
本文报导了由钴-膦配合物组成的催化体系对多聚甲醛的胺基羰基化反应生成N-乙酰基甘氨酸的催化作用.对反应的各种因素,如反应温度、压力、不同CO/H2、P/Co等的影响作了考察,对比了使用不同膦配体对此催化反应的影响,发现用双膦配体时,N-乙酰基甘氨酸的选择性有所提高.
This paper reports that cobalt- phosphine catalyst systems have considerable activity for amidocarbonylation of paraformaldehyde.The effects of reaction temperature, pressure,the molar ratio of phosphorus to metal and the molar ratio of CO to H2 have been investigated with these catalyst systems. When the reaction was carried out at 120℃,6.0 MPa,CO/H2=3,Co/P=2 for 6h,yield of N-acetylglycine was 43.5%.Comparison of the catalyst systems prepared from cobalt-biphosphines with other catalyst systems for paraformaldehyde amidocarbonylation shows that cobalt-biphosphines have a higher selectivity.
