摘要
本文简要地介绍了国外改进加热炉设计、降低循环比、采用中子料位计和阻泡剂、缩短焦炭塔的操作周期等提高焦化装置处理量和提高焦化装置液体收率的经验。并结合本厂焦化装置的具体情况,着重讨论了加热炉和焦炭塔的潜力问题,并提出了较具体的看法和建议。
Aimed at increasing the capacity and total liquid yield of the south cok-ing unit of No.2 refinery,foreign experiences including heater design improv-ement,reducing recycle ratio,application of neutron level indicator and antif-oaming agent,shortening operating cycle of coking drum,etc.are briefly revie-wed.Based on the specific conditions of the coking unit,the latent potent-ialities of heater and coking drum are emphatically discussed with specificviews and suggestions presented.
