重油催化裂化原料油中钠的来源及催化剂的钠中毒现象 被引量:3

摘要 考察了燕山石油化工公司炼油厂第二套催化裂化装置上催化剂钠中毒的问题。原油(包括脱盐后注碱)带入常减压蒸馏系统的钠85%左右保留在减压渣油中。催化剂轻微钠中毒(Y-15催化剂的钠含量超过7000ppm)后,比表面积下降到108m^2/g,微反活性下降到59m%,在催化剂日置换率保持在1.1%左右时,反应温度提高15℃左右,可维持反应深度大致不变;轻油收率下降2%,气体和焦炭产率有所上升,主反应仍为催化裂化反应;再生温度大约上升5℃,再生过程可保持正常。切断原料油中钠的来源后十天左右即可得到缓解。 The sodium poisoning of catalyst in the No.2 FCCU in the refinery ofYanshan Petrochemical Co.was inspected.About 85% of the sodium carriedin the Oil distillation system by the crude oil(including the alkali injectedafter desalting)was remained in the vacuum distillation residue.The specificsurface of the catalyst after light poisoning by sodium(Na content>7000ppm)was reduced to 108m^2/g,and the micro-activity was decreased to 59%.Whilethe catalyst displacement rate was maintained at about 1.1%,the reactiontemperature was increased by 15℃ to maintain the conversion level;but htelight oil yield was reduced by 2% with somewhat increase in gas and cokeyield.The reaction was still dominated by typical catalytic cracking.Theregeneration temperature increased by 5℃ but the regeneration operation wasnot disturbed.After the added sodium in feedstock was eliminated,the FCCoperation returned to normal in about 10 days.
