摘要
本文通过粘度的测定,运用一元线性回归分析,研究了聚醚型非离子表面活性剂的粘温特性及其与分子组成的关系。结果表明在20~90℃范围内,该非离子表面活性剂的粘度与温度的关系符合方程η=ke(△E/RT),发现同等温度时粘度值不仅随分子量增大而增大,也随EO/PO比的增大而增大。随着分子量或EO/PO比的增加,其流动活化能增加,粘温特性变差。
The relationship between the molecular composition and the viscosity-tempera ture characteristic of polyether nonionic surfactants is studied by measurement of the viscosity-temperature curve and linear regression analysis in this paper. The results indicated that the relation between the viscosity and temperature of polyetheris in comformity with the equation of T| = keAElRI within 20℃ to 90℃, and that at ths same temperature the viscosity win increase with both the molecular weight and the ratio of EO to PO, so does the flow active energy (AE) A larger. AE will cause a most unsatisfactory viscosity-temperature performance in practical applications.
