摘要 以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)/四乙基氯化铵(TEAC)溶剂体系溶解纤维素,配制纺丝溶液,采用常规的湿法纺丝技术纺制了纤维素纤维。纤维结构及性能的研究结果表明,该纤维具有较高的结晶度,模量大,伸长小,而其他性能与普通粘胶纤维相似。 The spinning solution of cellulose was prepared from .1 solvent of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and tetraethylammonium chloride, and the spinning was carried out with a conventional wet-spinning method. The characteristics of thus produced fibre were studied by means of X-ray, density and mechanical property measurements. The results showed that the spinning solution had a good spinning performance and the fibre had a higher crystallinity, modulus as well as elongation than normal rayon did.
