摘要
由于管输孤岛原油性质的变化(密度减小,含蜡量提高等)使所产道路沥青的延度明显下降,过去使用蒸馏法和轻度氧化法都能生产的60号甲、100号甲、140号和180号道路沥青现在达不到规格要求。采用对孤岛常压渣油进行超临界抽提的方法可以提高产品质量。利用目前的100号乙道路沥青与用单家寺稠油生产的100号沥青调合或加入丁苯橡胶可以解决少量的道路沥青质量升级问题。建议将适宜生产道路沥青的原油进行分输。
The change of properties of pipelined Gudao crude oil(lower density,higher wax content,etc.)effects a deterioration in ductility of the road asp-halts produced in Shengli Refinery.The No.60A,No.100A.No.140 and No.180 road asphalts previously produced by crude distillation and mild air blo-wing can no longer meet the specifications.Supercritical solvent extractionof Gudao atmospheric residue can improve the asphalt quality.The currentlyproduced No.100B road asphalt can be upgraded by blending with the No.100 road asphalt produced from Shanjiasi heavy crude or butadiene-styrenerubber.Segregated pipelining of different crude oils is suggested.
