本文研制开发的花式纱线仿真（造纱）系统,具有造纱、纱色号管理、纱号管理三大功能,并具有自动引导、人机对话、中文提示、功能全、色彩多、性能价格比高等特点,对花式纱线的计算机仿真效果逼真,为织物小样试织的真实效果仿真提供了可靠的保证。可适用于色织厂和毛纺厂的织物设计系统。

Computer imitation system for fancy yarns described in this paper have three main functions: the making of yarns, the control of yarn colors and the management of yarn resources. This system can be started automatically, run interactively with Chinese mention, and have the characters ofmulti-function, multi-color and high rate of perforance to price. Furthermore, it has excellent function to imitate the fancy yarn, which gurantees to imitate the real effect of relatively smalisample of fabrics. And it can widely applied in the fabric design of a weaving shed.
