Manufacture of FB-1 Pigment Printing Binder and Study of Its Applying Property

本文对FB-1涂料印花粘合剂的研制理论和合成工艺进行了探讨,并通过对FB-1粘合剂印花效果等的性能测试,证明它是集粘合、增稠、自交联功能于一身的新型多功能粘合剂。

The production technology and conditions of FB-1 synthetic pigment printing binder are described in this paper. FB-I's printing properties including some physical and chemical indexes arc measured. The results show that FB-I is a new type of multifunctional binder having binding, self-thickening and self-crossing function.
