以涤纶和改性涤纶为原料,利用双螺杆复合纺丝路线一步生产出总纤度小于110dtex的具有不同纤度、不同孔形和不同收缩率的细旦共纺长丝。通过选择纺丝工艺制得收缩差大于10％、异纤度比大于2的三异共纺长丝。

Using both standard and modified polyester as raw material, and bi-component spinning throughdouble screw extrusion in one step, fine denier co-extruded multi-filament is produced with a total titre in different fineness, profile and contraction for n single titament. Depending on the selected process, the multi-filament can have a contraction and titre deviation respectively more than 10% and 2.
