摘要
本文用两种低熔点的热熔粉剂(聚酰胺和聚乙烯)对涤纶纤维的粘结力进行了测定和分析,并由这两种热熔粉剂,采用干法—热粘合加固方法,在自制的红外线加热设备上将制成的涤纶纤网试制成具有不同粘合剂含量的高膨松性非织造布。对不同方案的非织造布的拉伸性能,压缩性能和保暖性能分别进行了测定和比较,所得结果可供非织造布生产厂参考。
The beading force between PET fibre and the two kinds of powder binders (polyamide and polyethylene) was tested and analysed. The two kinds of high loft nonwovens with different contents of the two binders were respectively made on the infrared heating apparatus in laboratory by using dry-heat bonding method. The tensile, compression and warmth retention properties of the high loft nonwovens were measured and compared. The experimental results could be used by nonwovens factories.
