摘要
本文测定了八种常用助剂,分别对纯玉米淀粉浆液的粘度、表面张力、粘着力、颗粒糊化程度、淀粉膜形态及淀粉-PVA混合浆的混溶性、混合膜的强度、伸长及耐磨性的影响,并讨论了助剂的作用机理。
This paper investigates the effects of eight auxiliaries on the viscosity, surface tension, adhesion, particle swelling degree and film configuration of stp.rch. Besides, the investigation covers the mutual solubility of strach and PVA, the intensity, elomgation and abrasion resistance of starch-PVA film The reaction mechanism of auxiliaries is also discussed.
