研究和制备低粘度多级油应充分考虑挥发性和磨损。因此在基础油中加入30—50%氢化聚α-烯烃合成油。同时在添加剂配方中采用了不同化学结构的 ZDTP。所制得的5W/30QF 高级汽油机油的性能和质量达到了国外 API SF 级油的水平.
The volatility and valve train wear are the two difficulties encounted inthe formulation of low viscosity multigrade engine oil.Therefore,30—50%hydrogenated poly α-olefin was added in the base oil,and ZDTP of differentchemical structure was used in the additive formulation.The 5W/30 QF gaso-line engine oil produced in accordance with the formulation given by thispaper based on previous experiences meets the requirements of API gasolineengine oil service category SF.
