摘要
本文采用光学显微镜二次聚焦法测定出微胶囊膜厚,通过理论公式计算出微胶囊渗透性常数,从而揭示出微胶囊膜厚对渗透常数的影响规律。结果表明:在实验范围内,甲醛用量、复凝聚次数、芯料用量、搅拌速度、乳化时间等工艺条件发生变化时微胶囊的膜厚均对渗透性常数起着重要作用。
The effect of microcapsulc membrane thickness on permeability constant is proyed on the basis of the determination of the thickness by optical microscopic double- focus method and the calculation of the constant by a theoretical formula. As a result the effect, within experiment range, is always significant at various doses of formaldehyde, times of complex coacervation, doses of core material, rates of ngitation and durations of cmulsif ication.
