国产洗毛机改造方向探讨

A Way of Improvement on Scouring Machine

本文针对国产原毛表面污染物及其洗涤特点,提出国产洗毛机重开毛、多浸润、小洗槽、短时间、缓冲洗、勤排放、长短槽结合、多种机械作用方式并重的改造方向。

Based on the contaminants on the surface of Chinese raw wool and then scouring cbaracteristics , the paper suggested a route of modifying Chinese scouring machine by means of some following measures,such s intensified opening action, more soaking bowls .smaller bowl volume, shorter scouring time, softer rinsing action, frequent effluent disposal,the combination of short and long bovls,and the use of various mechanical systems.
