摘要
1987年10月29日凌晨,浙江省海门油库在接卸油轮作业时,发生一起油罐群爆炸事故,造成重大损失。本文介绍了事故概况及发生的原因,就应该吸取的教训提出了看法。
A kerosine storage tank of Haimen tank farm in Zhejiang province exp-loded during loading in the morning of Qct.29,1987,initiating explosion orfire of several other tanks and resulting a heavy damage to the tank farm.The causes of the explosion and lessons learnt from it are discussed.
