哈尔滨炼油厂于1988年新建的原油真空上卸系统具有卸车速度快、卸净率高、易于操作等优点。文中介绍了卸车流程和使用情况,从理论计算和实际应用两方面指出了过去采用的蒸汽自然冷凝法卸车的缺点。
The vacuum top-unloading system bult in Haerbin Refinery in 1988 forunloading crude oil from tank cars has the merits of easy operation,fast andthrough unloading,and improved economic benefit.The flow scheme and pr-actical experience of this system are presented.Both theoretical calculationand practical application indicate that this system is much better than thesteam-natural cooling method previously used.
