摘要 本文简述了石家庄炼油厂选择性叠合装置的开工、考核和试验情况.装置高、低负荷运行的考核结果表明,异丁烯转化率为100%,正丁烯转化率大于15%,均达到了设计指标.提高烷基化原料烷烯比试验结果表明,烷烯比可达1.05-1.10,装置可生产高辛烷值汽油调合组分和优质烷基化原料.1-丁烯最大产率在90%以上.文中还对与该工艺有关的一些问题进行了探讨. The start-up performance and operation tests of the selective polymerization unit in Shijiazhuang Refinery are briefly described. Performance tests showed that the isobutene conversions are 100% and the normal butene conversions are higher than 15%, both reached the process design targets. Operation tests to increase the iso-butane/butene ratio for alkylation feed showed that this ratio reached 1.05-1.10, indicating that the unit can produce the high octane number gasoline component and high quality alkylation feedstock simultaneously. Operation tests of maximum butene-1 recovery showed that the butene-1 recovery is higher than 90%. Some concerns with this process are also discussed.
