飞机飞行事故的原因分析及预防

THE ANALYSIS AND PREVENTION OF AIRCRAFT MISHAP

简要分析在造成飞行事故的原因中，人为因素的重要性。阐明为预防飞机飞行事故的发生，提出一种提高飞行员素质、减少人为因素造成飞行事故的研究方法——故障飞行模拟训练。如设置飞行主操纵系统等故障，由飞行员进行故障飞行模拟训练和研究。通过模拟训练，使飞行员了解和掌握故障发生时的操纵感觉和飞机的反应特点及处置方法，提高飞行员在应急情况下的处置能力，以避免在实际飞行中可能发生的飞行事故。

A brief analysis about the importance of human factor in causing theaircraft mishap is presented,and in order to prevent the occurrence of aircraft mishap,aresearch methodology of enhancing pilot’s quality,minimizing the mishap by human fac-tor──failure flight simulation training is presented.In failure training,set up somemishaps, for example,main flight control system failure etc,and let the pilot pratisethese failure simulation flight training and make studies of it.By simulation training,en-able the pilot know and master the handling sensation when mishap occurs,the charac-teristics of aircraft’s response to the mishap,and the method of how to solve themishap,thus improving the pilot’s ability of coping with failures in emergency condi-tions and prevcnting the possible accident in actual flight.
