铁路内燃机车第四代油的阶段研究试验及看法

摘要 本文介绍了研制的三种铁路内燃机第四代油(两种含锌油,一种非锌油)的理化性能、模拟评定和台架试验以及行车试验结果。试验采用国产石蜡基基础油与进口添加剂(OLOA 2939)调制的铁路第四代油为对比油,在进口机车(柴油机强化系数为91.2)上进行6×10~4km 的现场试验,观察油质变化规律与磨损情况。两种含锌油优于进口添加剂调制的第四代油,一种非锌油与其接近。文章还对模拟发动机试验与现场试验进行了分析讨论,提出了改进的意见。 The physico-Chemical properties and the results of simulated evaluation,rig tests and road tests for three formulated fourth generation railroad dieseloils(two containing Zn,one Zn-free)are presented in this paper.A diesel oilformulated with domestic paraffinic base oil and imported additives(OLOA2939)was used as reference oil.60-thousand km road tests were conductedwith imported diesel locomotives(upgrading coeficient 91.2)and oil propertychanges as well as wear phenomena were investigated.The results indicatethat the two Zn-containing oils are better than the reference oil and the Zn-free oil is similar to the latter.The methods of simulated rig test and roadtest are also discussed with suggestions for further improvement.
