摘要
在pH2~6的硫酸介质中,锗(Ⅳ),锑(Ⅲ)和钼(Ⅵ)形成三元杂多酸,此三元杂多酸在0.24mol/L的H_2SO_4中能迅速在滴汞电极上还原而产生灵敏的极谱电流,其峰电位为-0.35V(vs.SCE),测定下限是2×10^(-8)mol/L。用药物进行加标准回收实验,误差在10%之内,满足微量分析的要求。
Ge(Ⅳ), Sb(Ⅲ) and Mo(Ⅵ) formed a ternary heteropoly acid at pH2~6, which would produce a well-defind polarographic wave in a medium of 0.2 4 mol/L H_2SO_4 sensitively, with a peak potential at -0.35V (vs. SCE). The detection limit was 2×10 ̄(-8) mol/L. This procedure has been used successfully for the determination of Ge in medicines.The recovery was quite satisfactory.
