摘要
采用国产氙灯为光源,以光导纤维进行光传输、光电管检测,组装成一种简易的反射光谱仪。经对树叶、金属铜片、半导体硅片测定,结果满意。
A simple reflectance spectrometer is described. The instrument consists of a xenon lamp as source,optical fiber for light transfer and a photo-electron tube for detection. Leaves of tree,copper sheet and semiconductor silicium sheet have been determined with the spectrometer and the results are satisfactory.
