有机锗－M_（10）在兔体内的药代动力学研究

本文报道给每公斤体重的家兔以１６ｍｇ锗灌胃，定时采血，用三元络合荧光法监测不同时间的血药浓度，经计算机进行数据处理，得到了系列药代动力学参数，效果良好。

The authors administered organo-Ge(IV) at dosage of 16mg per kilogram to rabbits drew blood regularly,monitored blood-drug concentration at different time by ternary complex fluorometry and inputted data to computer to obtain series pharmacokinetics parameter. Results. Were satisfactory.
