摘要
对同时测定同一底液中的氟和碘进行了探讨,找到了合适的1.0mol/L柠檬酸钠-1.0mol/LNaNO3pH=5.5的缓冲体系。采用三次样条插值程序可很好地解决曲线的弯曲问题,改善了含氟和碘量低分析结果的准确度、精密度及检测下限。
Determination of flurine and iodine in a Single solution of human hair samples with ionselective electrodes has been investigated.It was found that a buffer system of 1.0 mol/L sodium citrate-1.0 mol/L sodium nitrate at pH 5.5 was the best for this method. At lower concentrations, the accuracy, precision and limit of detection of the method can be much improved by using a program of cubic spline interpolation for the non-linear portion of the calibration curve.
