Determination of Some Thermolabile Dope Agents by High-performance Liquid Chromatography

本文对兴奋剂中的几种易分解物质进行了HPlC方法的研究,并对尿样中的这几种物质的原型及其代谢物的检测进行了分析和探讨,建立了一套用HPLC方法进行系统的筛选分析的方法,取得了较好的结果。

A new screening method for detecting some thermolabile dope agents by HPLC is described. Acebutolol, buprenorphine, norbuprenorphine, dextroproxyphene and dihydro etorphine are unbelievable to be detected by GC/MS because of their unstability. A HPLC method is developed to analyse them systematically, the detection limits are 8, 12, 5, 3 and 25 ng, respectively, the recoveries are among 85%-99%.
