摘要
本文建立了Ni(OH)_n^(2-n)催化H_2O_2氧化Luminol的化学发光反应,与Ni^(2+)的催化化学发光反应比较,它更适合于固体表面化学发光分析。利用Ni^(2+)在用丙酮-盐酸-水作展开剂的纸上色谱行为中R_f值为零的特点,与大多数干扰离子进行分离,实现了单矿物和钢铁中镍的快速纸上色谱-固体表面化学发光分析。
A new solid surface chemiluminescence method for determining nickel in luminol -H2O2-Ni(OH)_(n)^(2-n) luminescence system is developed. The linear range for nickel is 10. 0-1000 ng. The detection limit is 1. 0 ng, and the relative standard deviation for 10 ng nickel is 4. 3%(n = ll). The interference ions are separated by paper chromatography with acetone -HC1-H2O as a mobile phase. The method has been successfully applied to the microdetermi-nation of nickel in the monomineral and steel.
