摘要 描述了ICP-MS法直接测定高纯氧化钇中痕量稀土杂质的研究。选择了工作参数,考察了各种干扰,采用铯为内标,直接测定了稀土杂质总量少于2μg/g的高纯氧化钇样品,方法简便快速。 A method for the determination of rare earth element impurities in high quality Y2O3 using inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was developed. Instru-mental parameters affecting analytical results are chosen and optimized. Interference with the determination of REE impurities by ICP-MS is discussed. The corrections for the iso-baric interferences from oxide and hydroxide ions are made mathematically. Cerium is used as internal Standard to compensate matrix supression effect and sensitivity drift. 14 Rare earth elements with total amounts of less than 2μg/g in high quality Y2O3 samples are deter-mined directly following an acid digestion without separation or preconcentration.
