摘要
本文介绍了线性扫描极谱法测定植物组织中金属硫肽含量的技术,其最小检出量为0.16μg/ml;线性范围为0.2~2.0μg/ml;回收率为90%左右。本文还对pH影响及巯基物质的干扰进行了分析。所有结果表明,本方法具有简易、快速、灵敏等特点。野外调测进一步表明,本方法适用于环境监测等实用分析。
A rapid and easy technique of linear sweep polarography (LSP) is reported for the determination of metallothio-peptide in plant tissues. The detection limit is 0.16g/ml, the linear range of the concentration is from 0.2 to 2.0μg/ml and the recovery is between 87.1% and 97. 4%. Also, the effects of pH and thiol substances have been studied. The ex-perimental results on plants growing in natural water further show that th?LSP is practica-ble to environmental detection.
