摘要
研究了在氨水介质中钼(Ⅵ)催化过氧化氢氧化噻嗪红R的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了一种高灵敏、高选择性测定食品和水中痕量钼(Ⅵ)的新方法,可测定0.01~1.0μg/25ml范围内的钼(Ⅵ),方法灵敏度为6.4×10^(-10)g/ml。
A method has been studied for the determination of trac?molybdenum which is used to catalyze the discoloring reaction of hydrogen peroxide oxidizing thiazinrot R(TZR) in ammonia solution and the kinetic condition has been studied. The method has high sensiti vity and selectivity for determining trac?molybdenum in foods and natural water, and the range of determination is 0.01-1.0μg Mo(Ⅵ)/25 ml and the sensitivity of method is 6. 4×10-10 g/ml with satisfactory results.
