摘要
用2.6-O-二丁基-3-O-三氟乙酰基-γ-环糊精手性毛细管柱测定了一些氨基酸、羟基酸衍生物拆分过程的热力学数据ΔH°、Δ(ΔS°)。应用熵焓补偿关系对其进行了分析,认为构象诱导楔合及多点协同作用在手性拆分中可能起重要作用,对映体两构型在同一固定相上拆分机理也可能不同,后流出构型可能与环糊精衍生物形成较稳定的包结物。
Some amino acid derivatives were separated on a chiral capillary column coated with octakis(2, 6-O-n-dibutyl-3-O-trifluoroacetylated)-γ-cyclodextrin. The thermodynamic data calculated from this stationary phase suggest (1) that conformation fitting and coordination interaction between enantiomers and cvclodextrin derivatives could be important in chiral recognition; (2) the retention mechanisms of enantiomer pair on the same phase could be different, the last eluted enantiomer could form inclusion complex, and the first eluted could be clue to other interaction.
