在Tween-60和锰(Ⅱ)存在下二安替比林基-(o-羟基)苯基甲烷与钒的显色反应

Colour Reaction of Diantipyryl-(o-hydroxy)phenylmethane With Vanadium( Ⅴ ) and Its Analytical Application

研究了在Mn(Ⅱ)和Tween-60存在下,钒(Ⅴ)与二安替比林基-(o-羟基)苯基甲烷(DAoHM)的分析特性。在选定条件下,DAoHM与钒(Ⅴ)反应生成橙黄色化合物,λ_max为480nm,ε3.45×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),钒(Ⅴ)量在0.5～4.0μg/25 ml间符合比尔定律。该体系灵敏度高,选择性较好,用于钢铁和矿石中微量钒的测定,结果满意。

Diantipyryl-(o-hydroxy)phenylmethane(DAoHM) was synthesized. A highly sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of V ( Ⅴ ) with DAoHM in the presence of Tween-60 and Mn( Ⅰ ) ,V( Ⅴ ) can react with DAoHM to form an orange-yellow product in phosphoric acid medium. The molar absorptivity is 3.45 X10^5 L ·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)at 480 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0. 5 - 4. 0 μg/25 ml. The method has been applied to the determination of microamount of V( Ⅴ ) in steel and mineral.
