摘要
用跟踪式程序升温、红外检测和微机解卷技术,测定氮碳化物超细粉的吸附氧和化合氧.探讨了超细Si_3N_4、AlN,TiCN和SiC中不同状态氧量与其制备方法、颗粒度及放置时间的关系。
A technique of tracking heating-up and overlapping peak deconvolution was developed for determining adsorbed and combined oxygen in ultrafine powder. The ultrafine powders of Si_3N_4 , A1N, TiCN and SiC have been investigated on the relativity of oxygen content in different state and sample's synthetic process, particle size and duration in air.
